In a contemporary building with bold architecture, fans of the performing arts can enjoy a rich and varied programme of theatre, music, dance and circus arts throughout the season from October to June.

La Cigalière hosts a wide range of cultural events for the very young: shows, screenings, meetings and public rehearsals are just some of the activities on offer to young audiences, not only during school time but also during the holidays and family Wednesdays.

The venue also hosts artists' residencies and supports amateur activities by hosting shows put on by the town's many cultural associations. Its modular nature also means that it can be used for a number of charity or awareness-raising events.

Au sein de la zone d’activité de la Tuilerie, dans les locaux de la municipalité, la Compagnie a installé ses ateliers, une salle de répétition et des espaces de stockage pour ses décors. L’espace extérieur nous permet également de travailler au grand air quand le temps est clément. C’est une vraie chance d’être accueillis à Venerque et de pouvoir y exercer notre activité artistique et nos actions pédagogiques.

For a company like ours, local roots are essential.
Depuis son installation sur la commune en octobre 2009 elle a présenté tous ses spectacles aux écoles de la commune soit dans la salle de fêtes de Venerque soit dans un autre lieu comme le Théâtre National de Toulouse où les petits Venerquois ont été les invités d’honneur lors des créations de la Compagnie.
